              4. Is there a break-in period for your shoes?
              Most people will find our shoes and orthotics comfortable right out of the box. For others, their experience may be different.

              In these cases, for the greatest comfort, we recommend wearing your new footwear for just a few hours for the first few days to allow your feet to adjust to the new level of orthotic comfort and support. Within one to two weeks you should find the product completely comfortable and supportive.

              On average it takes 7-15 business days for the order to arrive. However, some major holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's day; there will be some delivery delays to all international destinations. However we send all international parcels via a tracked express shipping service so you will be able to check on the progress of your order while in transit.
              2. Once I place my order, when will it ship?
              We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be dispatched. We typically ship all orders the following business day. The shipping information can’t be tracked until your sole mates are shipped.

              If your package has been shipped but may not arrive as previously scheduled, the shipping is delayed as the result of peak season.
